Medium red. Smoky aromas of redcurrant, tar and meat, with a liqueur-like quality. Smooth, sweet and expressive if a bit chunky and lacking in definition. Flavors lifted by a floral nuance. Finishes with slightly dry tannins and good but not outstanding length.
