This wine could prove to be immortal! The Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 84% Cabernet Sauvignon and 16% Syrah. It is dark purple/magenta to the rim. The nose is explosive, with aromas of red cherries, raspberries, cola, and mint. The flavors of more sweet red fruits, along with mocha and spicy licorice, are framed by the wonderfully rich mouthfeel, and well integrated, fleshy tannins.
