Made from 100% Tempranillo. Visually the wine is right ruby-red. Super ripe but fresh aromas of black cherry and exotic dried red fruits. Supple, suave and fairly deep, with generous flavors of dark cherry, currant and raspberry; jammy but not stewy. In the very ripe style of this hot year without losing its balance. Finishes with thoroughly ripe, smooth tannins. It can be accompanied by a large range of meat dishes, lamb and suckling pig roasts and sirloin, as well as semi-cured sheep’s cheese.
