This Vinho tinto is comprised of an ever changing blend of famed Portuguese grapes Aragonês (known elsewhere as Tempranillo), Touriga Nacional and Baga. All together this wine carries rich aromas of fine red fruits combine with good structure, smooth texture, and a persistent savory finish. The wine is ready now and will age gracefully for another two or three years. Serve at room temperature with bean and meat stew, stuffed lamb chops, and roast suckling pig.
