2009 Feudi Falanghina DOCG Wine
Straw yellow, with green reflections, on the nose the wine displays floral and fruity aromas, with broom, renetta apple, pineapple and banana tones. It has a dry taste with a pleasant soft acidity and it is lovely as an aperitif and a fine accompaniment to starters and sea-food main course.

Feudi di San Gregorio vineyards are easy to recognize on the territory, mainly because of the high density planting, but also because of the strict pruning aimed at an extremely limited production. Agronomy of the sites is managed on the basis of the aromatic scale. An highly characterised work pattern, which continues in the cellar and fully manifests itself during the unceasing work of laboratory and technicians, and, further more, with the impressive bottaia (ageing cellar), which is a reliable witness of Feudi di San Gregorio’s faith in French-originated technologies, the use of barriques to start with.
