Huru's 2009 vintage showcases Marlborough's Sauvignon Blanc strengths. The wine shows lifted melon, citrus and fresh tropical notes on the nose. These flavors follow through to the richly structured palate, which has a long crisp finish. Both lush and fresh, it's a generously textured white for an array of fish dishes especially yellowtail sashimi. Drink now through 2013.
