This wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir from the finest clonal selection grown on premier vineyard sites in Oregon's Willamette Valley. A beautiful rose petal color presents a classic Oregon Pinot Noir nose. Toasted herbs on the nose lead to earthy notes married with sweet oak while cherries, plums, strawberries and dried cranberries flitter around. The wine has smooth, silky tannins with a broad finish. This wine will pair wonderfully with salmon grilled with honey mustard, grilled portabella and mozzarella cheese sandwiches, or assorted Chinese food such as Orange Chicken, pot stickers, and chicken in a plum sauce.
