2010 Wild Horse Cabernet Sauvignon
Another tremendous year for Cabernet Sauvignon and other Bordeaux varietals. Before bottling, five percent Malbec was blended to enhance structure and add depth and spice, and five percent Merlot was added to liven the bright fruit and youthfulness of the wine. The finished blend is a full-bodied wine with chewy tannins, aromas of cedar, lavender, sage, and black cherry, and flavors of fresh blackberries, clove, and cinnamon.

Wild Horse Winery - In 20 short years, Wild Horse Winery & Vineyards has grown from its humble beginnings to take its place as one of the Central Coast's leading producers of premium varietal wines. These horses are descendants of the first Spanish horses introduced to California.
