Our name, Elevation Cellars, originates with the French winemaking term Elevage and represents the integration of the "journey from the grape to the glass" with our personal journey in winemaking. Our winemaking is inspired by our love of family as well as the surrounding mountains, which provide us with inner strength and contentment. At Elevation Cellars, we invite you to share our passion for handcrafted Washington wines. Join us on our journey.  Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon: This cabernet is a wine of intense structure, richness and concentration. A bit of merlot and malbec were added for spice and aromatics. This is a wine that can age up to ten years.
 Reserve Merlot: A refined merlot with blackberry flavors, hints of dried lavendar and some mineral on the finish. This versatile wine is strong enough to age or to be enjoyed now.
 Monolith: A rich Cabernet blend, this is the wine that put us on the map. Created in a bordeaux style, the wine is complex and rich with a core of ripe, spicy currant, black cherry and plum that's pure and focused.
 Imperium: A lovely off-dry riesling that offers enticing aromas of pear-apple, peach, honeysuckle and clover with enough acidity to add a hint of crispness.
 Jammin': The newest wine to our cellar, this wine is fun and flirty. A blend of cabernet and merlot, it's rich fruit-forward flavors make this a perfect wine to open any night of the week.
