Stevens Winery Founded in 2002 by Tim and Paige Stevens the Winery’s located in “The Warehouse District” of Woodinville, Washington. We can't believe how fast time flies and that we’re rolling into our 9th year and celebrating the 6th release of Stevens424, our flagship Red Blend. We are passionate about producing wines that show a distinctive character, specifically focused on the Yakima Valley. We owe much of our success to our growing partners at Dineen, DuBrul, Klipsun, Meek and Sheridan Vineyards.
At this time the Winery produces 6 reds and 2 white wines. Our 1st year we produced 100 cases of Cabernet Franc and now with the ’10 Crush behind us we should be pushing close to 2900 cases. With each year, we not only grow, but continue to broaden our knowledge as the vineyards mature and we work with the fruit. We’re excited to be a part of the Washington Wine Industry as it continues to grow. We look forward to many more incredible vintages. Be sure to look them up at www.StevensWinery.com. Stevens wine labels are art unto themselves and show Tim's years as a commercial artist on full display. | 2010 StevensDivio Viognier The fruit for this wine comes from the famed Dineen Vineyard. The '10 growing season was one of the coolest on record and brought us lower sugars and firmer acids that really make the wine "pop" on the finish. It was aged in neutral French barrels and stainless steel, which added texture while still allowing the fruit to stand out. Classic Viognier characteristics, like orange blossom, pear and tropical notes dominate this wine. Only 270 cases produced. | 2008 Stevens424 Red Wine Waiting and watching a wine develop in barrel for three seasons has taught me a new level of patience. Using the rules for Barolo production as a guide, the vineyard yield was limited to less than 3.5 tons per acre, and the wine was then aged in the cellar for a minimum of three years. This vintage spent 42 months in neutral French Oak barrels before bottling January 2011. Only 71cases produced |

Stevens 2008 424 Red Blend Yakima Valley
A five-grape Bordeaux-style blend (39% Cabernet Franc, 36% Cabernet Sauvignon, 17% Merlot, 7% Malbec, 3% Petit Verdot), the 424 is bright and gamy, the fruit showing pretty Bing cherry flavors in abundance. Fruity and supple with just a hint of leather, this is well-built without being too tannic, and shows no trace of its almost 15% alcohol. It was aged for 20 months in half new, half once-used French oak. -P.G.

Stevens 2010 Divio Viognier Yakima Valley
This stylish Viognier is sourced from the Dineen vineyard. A cool site in a cool vintage yields a carefully made wine with gin-like spices and penetration. Lemon, lime and raw steel give it grip and length. Fine winemaking shows the strengths of a difficult vintage. Editors' Choice. -P.G.

2010 StevensDivio, Viognier Yakima Valley
The current Stevens Winery portfolio contains one white wine; the 2010 Divio Viognier was fermented and aged in a mix of neutral barrels and stainless steel. White peach, lychee, and orange blossom aromas inform the nose of a crisp, savory, concentrated, dry, nicely proportioned wine admirably reflecting the 2010 vintage's vibrant natural acidity. Drink this tasty effort over the next 2-3 years.
