If you ever receive wine that is wrong, damaged, or gone bad, we will happily send you a replacement bottle free of charge or issue you a refund for the item back to the card the item was purchased with.

You may also send back any unopened bottle of wine you are simply unhappy with and we will issue you a refund for the item back to the card the item was purchased with as soon as your return is processed. We cannot accept returns of open bottles of wine.
