Certain areas of the world are known for wine production – even by those who don’t drink it. France’s Bourdeux region, for example, is renowned for its ability to produce some of the most prestigious wines in the world. Conversely, some regions are seldom associated with quality wine. China is a nation among this number. However, what some may not realize is that Chinese wineries are making strong efforts towards the production of higher quality wine. Two such wineries (Grace and Changyu) are featured in today’s Wine Wednesday infographic.
