New Year is often essence marked with fireworks, resolutions, and reflections of the past. Everyone is looking ahead to the future’s possibilities, making unusual connections and success. Segura Viudas composed of artisan method of champenoise sparkling wines. This Cava is a legacy of traditions from 100 years of prosperous Spanish heritage. The origin of Segura Viudas comes from the Penedes region of Barcelona, Spain. This Cava is a rare blend made from Macabeo and Parellada – ageing on the lees for 30 months or longer.
